哈尔滨船海智能装备科技有限公司（简称哈船智装）， 在黑龙江省委省政府支持下，以哈尔滨工程大学水下无人航行器和DP3动力定位系统两类产品为基础，于2016年3月在哈尔滨高开区注册成立，公司注册资本11000万元，是具备承担船舶与海洋工程装备、智能设备、仪器仪表的研发、设计、制造、技术服务、销售及进出口，船舶与海洋工程技术服务、技术开发、技术转化、技术咨询等业务的高新技术企业。

      公司主营两大类产品：水下无人航行器（UUV）系列产品和船舶动力定位系统（DP）系列产品，公司的“水面定海芯，水下探洋智”技术处于处于国内领先、国际先进水平。公司将立足哈尔滨为研发基地，以青岛、上海、广州等沿海城市为辐射点开展国内海洋工程相关业务。

      公司占地面积8000余平方米，人才结构合理，以博士学历员工为主要技术骨干、重点高校毕业的硕士/本科学历员工为重要技术力量补充，其中博士11人，硕士12人。
